An attractive, modern, detached cottage on a sought after holiday development. The Bay, which is situated 3 miles from the charming historic seaside town of Filey.

With fabulous on-site facilities and direct access to the beach, this cottage offers excellent accommodation for Couples and families wanting a traditional holiday in a lovely area.

With a light and airy open plan living area, this cottage is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard, with a contemporary style kitchen and bathroom.

Upstairs and two bright and cheerful bedrooms, both boasts TV's, making them ideal for the younger members of the family to have some space!

Outside is a small private patio and extensive, communal grounds, with picnic areas, BBQs and two lakes.

On the complex itself, there is a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, beauty room and a gym, as well as tennis courts, fishing and a putting green, whilst guests can book in for snorkeling, fencing and archery lessons.

With a pub serving good food, a pizza restaurant and a chemist, as well as a beautician's and bike hire, this Filey cottage is well serviced.

At Hotdog House, you will find a Visitor pass that should be displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle whilst on site.  You will also find the visitor Entry Card for the Leisure Centre.

We have free WIFI at the cottage on Fibre.

There are just a couple of areas we would like to highlight for your comfort and enjoyment : -

  • This cottage is an ECO house is heated via under floor heating with the warmth being delivered via an air source heat pump.  Each room / zone has been individually set for your comfort and convenience.
  • The lights in the bathrooms activate the expel air system. There is also additional heating in the bathrooms via electric radiators.
  • If you do feel chilly at any time then please feel free to light the wood burning stove which is there for your use and enjoyment. Additional wood can be purchased from the shop on site or the JET garage on the main road outside the complex or Dixons in Filey.
  • There is a Spar shop at the JET garage, Co-op Local in Humanby and a Tesco supermarket in Filey.
  • Linen and towels are supplied for use in the cottage. Should you wish to use the Leisure Centre or Beach, then please bring additional towels with you.
  • A selection of Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are available for use. 
  • Complimentary Tea, Coffee and sugar 

Just a reminder the property is completely NON-SMOKING; it would be very much appreciated if you could adhere to this policy.
